We are very glad to host the Champagne à Rosé event again !
For this second edition, the goal remains the same : (re) discover pink champagne.
An association called “Mes 20 Bulles” has developed an original concept which allows visitors to discover or rediscover pink champagne through a recreational route set within Pressoria ’ s scenography.
The objective being the representation of the diversity and flexibility of pink champagne, through unexpected associations with locally sourced delicacies and dishes, prepared by locals.
On the program: 6 different champagnes, 6 synergies between delicacies and champagne experienced whilst roaming inside the Champagne Wine Interpretation Centre,
and 6 workshops for those with a sweet tooth: appetizers, sea and land products, cheese, dessert and chocolate !
In each workshop, champagne from a local wine producer shall be coupled with delicacies from a local food producer, thus mutually enhancing their flavours.
