Born and raised in the Champagne region, I was keen to support Pressoria because this equipment highlights, in an original and attractive way, all the characteristics of the vine and wine of Champagne.

The heritage foundation

A call for sponsorship for the restoration of an exceptional heritage.

Launched in June 2019, the sponsorship campaign conducted with the help of the Champagne-Ardenne Heritage Foundation has generated a great interest.

463,710€ in donations have been registered.

Beyond the tax deduction benefits directly linked to donations, there were many arguments for sponsoring this structuring and unifying equipment.

Becoming a sponsor of Pressoria was an opportunity for donors to:

– make a daring choice, since with this project, the Champagne region now has a fun and educational tool that links knowledge and imagination.
– to be part of the “Champagne experience”, by supporting a project that will encourage several new visitors, while creating the desire to stay longer in our region
– to engage in a pro-active approach in favor of the local economy. The emergence of such a facility produces real added value for the region, in the general interest

Several calls for funding have punctuated the sponsorship campaign and have thus made it possible to:
– sublimate this picturesque building through a simple & elegant architectural gesture in the perspective of a unique transformation in Champagne.
– enhance the material heritage of the Champagne region through the restoration of two Marmonier presses.
– highlight its brand on the traditional Champagne harvesting boxes which are integrated in one of the most spectacular rooms of the tour.
– promote the equipment by making patrons prescribers thanks to the “patron entries” or the acquisition of entry tickets in exchange for their donation.

Since its creation in 1772, the House of Veuve Clicquot has been producing great Champagne wines. Its history is marked and inspired by the personality, audacity and innovative spirit of an exceptional woman, Madame Clicquot.

With a vineyard located in the heart of the best growths of the Champagne region, from harvesting to shipping,

Veuve Clicquot has remained true to its motto: “One quality, the very first”.

Champagne Henri Giraud, which has been present in the village of Aÿ for 13 generations, has made the bold choice to contribute to a large-scale project, that of giving a new lease of life to a major site in the Champagne region’s heritage, embodying the showcase of a know-how that is unique in the world, but also the sharing of a part of human and heritage history. It is also the choice of a commitment to a dynamic approach, meaningful and promising for the region.

Our sensibility:

The respect of our vines is a daily concern and we work with the greatest respect for our vineyard by promoting the natural balance and expression of the Terroir.
We are the first French estate to be certified HVE and we are also certified organic and biodynamic.
At the domain, generations follow one another and let the family history transpire since 1757.
Come and discover the beautiful countryside of Champagne and we will share our passion with you.

The partnership with PRESSORIA was an obvious choice for the Jean Goyard Distillery, a way to bring together two strong actors of the Aÿ-Champagne community.
Indeed, partner of the Champagne vineyard since 1911, it seemed to us quite natural to participate in the promotion of a tourist site such as PRESSORIA.
Two entities from the same town with one and the same goal: the promotion of Champagne products, but also and mainly of THE Champagne, of its history, and all this in a historical place.

Supporting the PRESSORIA project was an obvious choice for us, as the VRANKEN-POMMERY group is so attached to the village of Aÿ-Champagne. Former emblematic site of the House of POMMERY & GRENO in the 20th century, this museum, by its creativity and its staging, represented for us the certainty that the POMMERY presses of Aÿ and their history would be perfectly highlighted.
